After their excellent efforts in NumptyLand, and Tutira, our intrepid trio of Pat Heenan. Joe Hogan and Tony Sisson find there is still work to do in Wairoa. Cyclone Gabrielle has wiped out a lot of communications and homes.

The trio makes some big enhancements to the region. The Kingdom of Wairoa even becomes an “export economy”. Much of what they do is based on previous areas, such as the Kingdom of Tairawhiti.
